Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: home exercise, general.
MET value = 3.8.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
(man/woman) weighing 50 kg = 190 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 55 kg = 228 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 60 kg = 228 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 65 kg = 247 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 70 kg = 266 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 75 kg = 285 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 80 kg = 304 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 85 kg = 323 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 90 kg = 342 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 95 kg = 361 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 100 kg = 380 calories.
