I would really like to find out the glycemic index of Soybean curd, deep fried? Is it thought of as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of Soybean curd, deep fried is 16. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
