I am looking for the glycemic index of cooked Pear in light syrup? Is it considered as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of cooked Pear in light syrup is 25. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
